Abstract

This article aims to present the development of a modular semi-jewelry collection made from electronic waste, in partnership with the company specialized in the sustainable management of these materials. The project was based on the Double Diamond methodology and involved theoretical research on electronic waste, sustainability practices, and modular design in the jewelry sector, as well as data collection from the public through Google Forms. Based on these analyses, conceptual panels were created, and different alternatives for the project conception were evaluated. The collection's development prioritized aspects such as functionality, visual identity, and sustainability, standing out for the possibility of customizing the pieces. As a result, an innovative modular semi-jewelry set was created, aligned with the principles of sustainable design, paving the way for future investigations on production feasibility and market insertion.
